After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Meiji Gakuin University, he joined a listed company in the apparel industry and achieved top sales in his cohort as a salesperson. After launching multiple new stores and working as a store manager, he served as the head of the sales and recruitment department at an IT venture company. In 2004, he founded i-enter Corporation, Ltd. and became its CEO. He is also a part-time lecturer at Meiji Gakuin University.
Tatsufumi Takehara

Joined a listed company in the apparel industry and achieved the highest individual sales in Japan for three consecutive years as a salesperson. After gaining sales experience at an IT venture company, he was involved in the launch of i-enter Corporation, Ltd. with its representative, Irie. Subsequently, he was appointed Managing Director. He contributes to the continuous improvement of business performance through sales management, human resource development, organizational revitalization, and engagement improvement.
Koji Abe

After working at several IT ventures and freelancing, he joined i-enter Corporation, Ltd. in 2006. As the head of the development department, he is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including management, standardization of development technology, and establishing a support system to promote operational efficiency and human resource development.
He became a Director in 2024.
Nozomi Yasuda

After working as a sales manager at an IT venture company, she was responsible for building a recruitment model using in-house educational resources and planning community services for IT engineers at SE Plus Co., Ltd. (a 100% subsidiary of SEH&I, listed on the Standard market). Subsequently, she became a director. In 2013, she established Rana.a Co., Ltd. and started a human resources consulting business. From July 2024, she was appointed as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member at i-enter Corporation, Ltd.
