On a job information website, he said, "I belong to the table tennis club at university, and my guts are second to none." I received reverse offers from several IT companies, so I thought that I might be suitable for the IT industry, so I focused on the IT industry and started job hunting.

I went through the selection process because I found that i-enter really values the idea of "having fun", which matched with my own ideas, and all the senior employees I met at the roundtable meetings seemed very attractive.

As for the reason why I finally chose i-enter, it was the "people."
Of course, I proceeded to the screening of other companies, but I think the appeal of the employees of i-enter as people, such as their good nature and cheerfulness, was overwhelming.

i-enter has a strong culture of nurturing young people. As a project manager, I work with young people and new graduates on a daily basis, and I really enjoy watching them grow.

Everyone has grown in some small way, such as being able to write programs, caring for people, or being able to deal with customers better.

Of course it is my job to work on the projects requested by our clients, but I think it is the important job to grow people through IT and projects, and I find it very enjoyable.

The first is that I am now able to speak openly in public.

In the past, I couldn't speak in front of people at all, and I was the type of person who wrote hard before job interviews, so this growth is very big for me.

I wanted to overcome my weaknesses, so I decided to try various things at Ienter.
I decided to throw myself into public speaking anyway, and from the very beginning of my career, I repeatedly took up the position of first in any meeting and took leadership positions in various committees to create situations where I had no choice but to speak.

In addition, I am in a position where it is important to communicate to project members and customers, and as a result, my speaking opportunities have increased greatly, and I believe that my public speaking has improved dramatically.

The goal of life is to "make the world smile more smiles."

That's what I want to achieve in this company. First of all, I would like to become a project leader who can bring smiles to the faces of my current project members, colleagues, and customers. I would like to continue this for the rest of my life.

There will be an increase in the number of different situations, and I would like to continue to expand the scale of this and increase the number of smiles.

I think that "fun" = "decide for yourself".

You can look at the work you are doing, the situation you are in, and what is happening right in front of you in a negative way, but if you can find the significance of it for yourself, there is a lot you can realize.

I think the starting point is to decide for yourself to have fun everything and look at the world.

This way of thinking allows us to be proactive in everything we do, and when it's over, we can feel that it meant something. And I believe this will ultimately lead to "fun".

I believe that the stronger your desire to grow, the more you can achieve the desire in this company. If you raise your hand for something you want to do, there are many people who will support you.

There is no blame to be placed on you if you fail, so this is the perfect company for those who are ambitious enough to take on challenges.

Also, there are many attractive and respectable people, so it's fun just to be around them. I believe that being surrounded by such people will improve my own personality.
